Program
The Fundamentals program consists of 8 sessions that explore many aspects of mindfulness, stress, emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
We begin with assessments and road mapping goals the member would like to work on during the program.
Each week explores a different topic and includes self-reflection practices, mindfulness techniques and exercises for the member to explore on their own.
At the end of the program the member will have a stronger understanding of themselves, be equipped to manage difficult situations, motivate themselves with self-compassion and recognize and celebrate
their achievements.

Meet the Team
Sonia Keffer and Keellia Guevara combine decades of experience in in leadership, training, and mindfulness and wellbeing studies to create Well Minds, a coaching program that is accessible, effective and creates lasting positive change.
Coaching Program Topics
Coaching sessions are tailored to meet individual or group/organizational needs. Session can be in-person or virtually. Coaching sessions can happen weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
